We currently only ship to Indonesia. Orders from kazerice.com will be shipped through JNE. 

Total delivery time (from the day when the shipment of your order has been confirmed by Kaze Rice to arrival of package) is indicated by dispatch time + shipment time. Our current dispatch time is 1 business day.

Orders placed above 12pm WIB will potentially be shipped the following business day. 

We strive to ensure you are perfectly satisfied with your purchases. However, in case you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for an exchange of faulty items on the terms that they are unopened.

• Customer Name & Order Number
• Description of the issue
• Photo of the faulty item 

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to investigate your exchange claim. You will be notified if your claims have been approved or denied.

Please note only items purchased on the Kaze Rice website can be returned. Items purchased in third-party stores, must be returned to their original point of purchase.  Our return policy does not cover mishandling of items by a third party 

We currently do not offer any full refunds.

Shipping charges are non-refundable as cash, credit and/or exchanges. You are responsible for additional shipping charges for return of products.
